Refund policy

All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges or refunds for any items. 

 

DAMAGED ITEMS

All products are safely wrapped in bubble wrap and packed in protective boxes to prevent damage. Should you receive items damaged in transit, please photograph your damaged items together with the original packaging (which includes a clear image of the box with the shipment information visible) and email them to us at cristalestory@gmail.com. Failure to provide any of which will not be eligible for a refund request. We will be happy to offer store credit or send a replacement if we still have the item in stock. 

You have 14 working days to inform us upon receiving your damaged item. We cannot refund or replace if we are not notified within this time. 


RETURN / LOST MAIL

All packages are sent with tracking number. It is buyer's responsibility to keep a close check of your packages. Once your package has shipped, we can no longer be held responsible for delayed or lost mail. Please contact your local post office for more information on the status of your package.

If for any reason the package is being returned back to us, we will send the package back to you. Buyer will be responsible for the shipping fee.

We are not responsible for packages that are delivered the the incorrect address. Please ensure that you check your address before checking out.
